The Poire de Provence is a variety of pear specific to the sunny Provence region of south-eastern France. This pear is renowned for its juicy flesh, sweet flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture. It is a firm favourite with fresh fruit lovers and chefs alike. It is accompanied by almonds and hazelnuts for a gourmet touch!
Ingredients: Pear, cane sugar, praline paste (almond, hazelnut, sugar, soya lecithin). Prepared with 64 grams of fruit per 100 grams of finished product. Made in our workshop in Vieux-Nice & prepared by hand.
