We've selected the most emblematic fruit of our beautiful region: the bitter orange from Vallauris. The second ingredient is IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, as well as cane sugar, which is reputed to be a little stronger than white sugar, so we can add less. It will give a slightly darker colour to this recipe.
Ingredients: Bitter orange, cane sugar, hazelnut. Prepared with 59 grams of fruit per 100 grams of finished product. Made in our workshop in Vieux-Nice & prepared by hand.
