The beer was brewed like a traditional Pale Ale, using Pale malt and Cara malt.
Its fine white and airy foam will delight connoisseurs. Moderately abundant and discreetly persistent, it hides a beautiful, slightly cloudy golden color.
To the taste, it is a round beer for which we find fairly present iodine notes and slight aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit.
While in the nose, it is rather floral notes that will emerge.
It is light and very refreshing.
Ingredients : Water, Malt: Pale Ale, cara blond; Olive paste from Nice 5% (100% Cailletier olives)(France), Hop : Columbus; yeast .
