Pistou : basil 80 % , extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon , sea salt.
Anchovy paste : anchovy 40% , extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Black olive tapenade : black olive pulp 93%, capers 3%, olive oil 2%, salt, herbs and spcies, anchovy paste 0,7%
